When your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with the license code that may be redeemed using the iLok License Manager.
All orders are processed electronically only, therefore no box, manual, or iLok is shipped. Recipients must provide a valid iLok.com user ID at the time of purchase. Trade-in or surrender authorizations must be present in your account at the time of upgrade.
Most orders will be processed within 1 business day, however certain upgrades may take longer. To check the status of your order please contact email@example.com. When your order is complete, you will receive an email with license codes that may be redeemed at iLok.com
If you purchased a Bundle upgrade, please note that to be eligible for future upgrades, all assets purchased today and used in conjunction with this bundle upgrade must be present in one iLok account. Thank you for your business.
